Triathlon Coaching

Gloria specializes in coaching beginning and intermediate triathletes. Her coaching philosophy is very practical and draws on her many years of experience to design a training plan that really works for you within your busy schedule. Gloria works with your personal time constraints to find a program that will produce maximum results without overloading your schedule. 

She looks at your personal goals and structures the training program around your individual strengths and weaknesses. This method has proven effective through positive results. Coaching fees are $100.00 per month. This fee includes a weekly training plan and monthly face to face evaluations if location permits.
